Dr. Aswad is on the faculty of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University. He is Director of Immunohistochemistry for Lifespan Laboratories and a Surgical Pathologist on the staff of Lifespan Academic Medical Center. Dr. Aswad obtained his B.S. and M.D. from the American University of Beirut in Beirut, Lebanon. He is board certified pathologist in anatomic and clinical pathology by the American Board of Pathology and is the principal contact for pulmonary and cardiothoracic pathology.
